A Bit About Me (and Why You're in Good Hands)

Hey! I’m Jo, a creative industries grad, lifelong word nerd, and a firm believer that good writing can fix just about anything.

Since launching Fixit! in 2022, I’ve helped clients across a bunch of industries get their words working for them, whether that’s through editing, copywriting, marketing strategy, or sorting out the digital chaos of SEO, CRM, and CMS platforms.

I’ve worked in both Australia and the UK in roles spanning marketing, publishing, and content strategy. Along the way, I’ve picked up a hefty toolkit – think website platforms, analytics dashboards, design software, and more acronyms than I care to admit (GA4, CMS, SEO, CRM... you get it).

Basically, I’ve spent years learning how to make things look, sound, and feel better, so you don’t have to. I’m all about turning messy drafts into sharp, polished final products that feel just right.
